theWit Hotel – Chicago, IL

REVIEW

If you’re ever looking to visit Chicago and wondering where to say, I would highly recommend theWit! After doing extensive research prior to our first trip to Chicago in April 2017, we decided to try theWit, and it was so amazing that we stayed there again in April 2018. Both trips were fun little vacations for B and I, the first being 5 days, and the second being 6 days. We were completely impressed by this hotel, which exceeded our expectations in every single way!

theWit Chicago truly offers the perfect experience in The Windy City. When you walk up to the entrance of theWit, staff members are ready to welcome you, help carry your bags, and open the doors for you. Check in is very simple. Staff members welcome you with warm chocolate chip cookies and help carry your bags and luggage up to your room. They make sure that you have everything you need and are happy with your room. The staff members are very accommodating and are happy to provide you with extra towels, pillows, or anything you may need. The rooms are gorgeous with beautiful breathtaking views of the city. The staff was nice enough to let us stay in the same exact room on the sixth floor on our second visit because we loved that room so much on our first stay. I would highly recommend a Spa Room, as it has a gorgeous a gorgeous spa-inspired bathroom with the most beautfiul walk-in shower and spanning windows to see out over the city. The rooms are clean and neat, and they are also spacious with comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, and nice furniture. We chose to have a corner window view of the city, which was absolutely perfect!

There are plenty of amenities at theWit, including the ROOF on theWit, a spa, conference meeting rooms, and the State and Lake Tavern. We ate at the State and Lake Tavern and it was really delicious. Every staff member at theWit is friendly and goes above and beyond to help you and make you feel comfortable. The location of the hotel is in The Loop right in the middle of tons of great attractions. The checkout process is very simple as well, an staff members ask for feedback to make sure you were satisfied with your stay.

If you’re looking to stay in the Chicago area, theWit is absolute perfection and a 5 star experience with exceptional customer service and hospitality, gorgeous rooms with breathtaking city views, and the perfect location right in The Loop with lots of fun options within walking distance. We were within a short walking distance of Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Block 37 shopping center, Target, Walgreens, and many other popular retailers. I definitely recommend staying here and will be going back on my next trip to Chicago! If you do stay here, make sure to sign up with Hilton Honors loyalty program, as this is a Hilton hotel and you can earn points for rewards that can be redeemed when staying at any Hilton hotel!
